History
At 2000m high, next to the terminal of the “Télécabine de la Tania”, the restaurant “Le Bouc Blanc” first opened back in 1990. Since then, it's always been a family owned business.
The CHEDAL ANGLAY family, Christiane and Fabrice, and the whole team will happily welcome you to make you discover a quality cuisine that is gourmet and fast to serve.
You'll be able to experience our warm rooms with authentic decoration, or enjoy our huge terrace with its panoramic view.
Old pasture from the commune de La Perrière where my grandparents used to bring their herd during summer, the place evolved when it welcomed the Winter Olympic Games in Savoie in 1992. That was when it was decided to build the station La Tania to host the athletes.
It then became obvious for my father to build this restaurant, since he was very fond of the neighbourhood after working for Mr. Laurent Boix-Vives (creator of the first chairlifts of the Bouc Blanc), then working as a ski patroller for this region that he dearly loves.
Privatisation
Le Bouc Blanc can be privatised on demand. We'll help you organise your events, be it during summer or winter. We're available for weddings, baptisms, group meals, etc.
